This topic will teach the children about the events of the Holocaust linked to the British Values of tolerance and Individual Liberty. Children will explore the reasons the Holocaust started, which groups of people the Holocaust impacted the most and some of the effects of the events. We will then compare the Holocaust to the Rwandan genocide to help us understand the importance of ensuring events like these never happen again.
