Remote Learning AT Our Lady's

Welcome to our remote learning page

As a school, we are using the blended learning approach. This means that the children are given the opportunity to participate in three live lessons per day, access recorded lessons using Oak Academy resources and complete independent learning activities using the 'Assignments' platform on Microsoft Teams.

How do I access Microsoft Teams?

Your child has been provided with an individual school email address and a unique password in order to access Microsoft Teams.

If you have misplaced this information, please contact the school office and we will resend you this information to you.

Instructions to access Teams are provided below. If you experience any difficulties logging on, please contact school and we will help you to get online.

What to do if you do not have access to a device or the internet

Every child should have the opportunity to participate in live lessons as we believe that face-to-face interactions with the children's teacher and their peers is key to effective home learning.

If you do not have a tablet, laptop or other device, please contact school and we will make every effort to provide you with one.

Some internet providers are offering 'data boosters' at the moment so it might be contacting your provider to discover if this is possible.

If you do not have access to the internet, please contact school as we may be able to help.
